Tip Quality

Most of what defines quality in tweezers is the level of precision with which the tip is crafted. The multi-level fine tuning process that each of our Regine products undergo at the manufacturing site insures that the tips of our tools meet the highest standards for precision and quality.

Available Materials
  • Carbon Steel
  • Hardened Stainless Steel (INOX)
  • Anti Magnetic, Anti Acid Stainless Steel
  • Carpenter 20 Steel
  • Titane IMI 125
  • Nickel Silver
  • Beryllium Copper
  • Bronze
  • Brass

Material Quality

In addition to tip quality, the materials that make up the body of an instrument greatly affect its durabilty, strength, and cost. For general users, our standard stainless steel instruments offer the best balance of cost and durability. However, various other materials are available to meet special purposes upon request.

ESD Safe Plastic tweezers

Chemical resistance
The material has a high resistance to acids, alkalies and salt solutions.
It also has good resistance to detergents, oils and alcohol, even at elevated temperatures
under moderate stress. However, it is attacked by polar organic solvents such as kerones,
chorinated hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons.
